Passing runtime values to DTS on MSSQL server 200x

DTS can accept run time values while execution e.g files to load in to tables. To enable it, the following tasks need to be done in the DTS:

Set up Global Variables:

Package->Properties->Global Variables-> Add new
Add ActiveX task(InputBox function) to prompt user to enter run time value
Add Dynamic properties task to link source value to destination property e.g global variable to data source.
